Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 4, 2026

This policy explains what personal information siglore.com (the "Service") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Because the Service processes contact information found in business emails, we spell out both what we do with your data and what we do with data about other people that you submit.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. Name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account. Sign-in (including Google sign-in) is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
  • Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email, amounts, and payment status — we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Emails you submit. When you forward an email to your private address, paste one, upload files, or call the API, we store the extracted text and the contact details found in it (names, titles, companies, phone numbers, profile links, addresses) in your workspace.
  • Enrichment results. When you request enrichment, we send the minimum necessary input (for example a name and company domain, or an email address) to the third-party data providers listed below and store the answer in your workspace.
  • Technical data. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve the site, prevent abuse, and rate-limit the free tools. We do not run advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

  • To operate your workspace: parsing, deduplicating, and storing the contacts you submit.
  • To fulfil enrichment requests you initiate, using the providers below.
  • To manage accounts, subscriptions, credits, and billing, and to send transactional email (via Resend).
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. Contact data in your workspace is never pooled across customers, never used to enrich other customers' records, and never used for advertising.

3. People whose details appear in submitted emails

The Service stores business contact details on behalf of the workspace that submitted them — we act as a processor for that customer. If you believe a Siglore customer holds your details and you want them corrected or removed, contact us at hello@siglore.com and we will handle the request with the workspace owner, or remove the data where the law requires.

4. Service providers

We share personal information only with the providers needed to run the Service: Cloudflare (hosting, delivery, database, email routing), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (the text-extraction step that reads submitted emails), and — only when you request enrichment — data providers such as MillionVerifier, Prospeo, Findymail, and Dropcontact. Each processes data under its own contractual and security commitments.

5. Cookies

Public pages set no advertising or analytics cookies. The dashboard uses strictly necessary session cookies from Clerk to keep you signed in. Cloudflare may set cookies required for security and bot protection.

6. Data retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Emails and contact records are kept until you delete them or your workspace is deleted. You may export your data at any time and request full deletion.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below — we respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each workspace's data is isolated, and every query is scoped to a single workspace through a single enforced access path. Access to production systems is limited and authenticated.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date.

11. Contact

Privacy questions or requests: use the contact form or email hello@siglore.com.
