Questions, answered
Do I have to connect my inbox?
No. Nothing gets access to your mailbox. You forward (or auto-BCC) only the emails you choose to your private Siglore address. Mailbox sync is on the roadmap as an opt-in — forwarding will always work.
What exactly do you extract?
Whatever the email actually contains: names, titles, companies, direct phones, mobile numbers, LinkedIn and other profiles, postal addresses — from the sender's signature and signatures inside quoted replies. We never guess or invent values.
What happens when someone changes jobs?
The next time they show up in your email, their record updates — newer sightings win, and the old title and company stay visible in the record's history.
How does pay-per-hit pricing work?
Enrichment runs as a cascade across multiple data sources. If no source delivers, you pay nothing. Found emails are verified before we charge the 5 credits. A verification costs 1 credit because the answer itself is the product.
Is my contact data private?
Yes. Your workspace's data is isolated, never pooled, never sold, and never used to enrich anyone else's records. Export or delete it whenever you like — see the Privacy Policy.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes — upload a CSV and it merges into your base using the same dedupe rules. You can also paste raw emails one-off, or push them through the API.
